This tutorial was written by me on May 19, 2012. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence.
Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own or post it to any other blog or website without permission from me. It was written for PSP X, but should be compatible with any version of PSP.
I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.


Scrapkit of choice. I used a PTU kit by Puddicat Creations Called SandBetweenMyToes buy it at here


I used the artwork of PinupToon You have to be licensed to use this artwork and it can be purchased here


supplies you can get here


1.Click on your Rectangle select all float defloat Change the foreground to #0487c3 and the background to #03b6d9. Change the foreground to a foreground/background gradient with these settings: Style: Linear, Angle: 45, Repeats: 3, Invert checked.

Add a new raster layer and move below the frame layer. Flood fill with the gradient above. Do not deselect. Apply Gaussian Blur with a radius of 5.Apply Xenofex 2, Little Fluffy Clouds using these settings:

Under Settings: Choose "Wispy Morning"Under Camera and Sky tab: Change the Zenith Color to background; change Horizon Color to foreground. Click OK


2.Take your selections tool and draw rectangle bottom your rectangle,Add new layer Flood with my sand in supplies Effect 3D Effects dropshadow with these settings: V-H:0 Opacity:50 Blur:8.00 color:Black


3.Open up your Pdc_beachchair copy and paste as new layer resize 50% Effect 3D Effects dropshadow with these settings: V-H:0 Opacity:50 Blur:8.00 color:Black


4.Click on your Frames select all float defloat Add New Layer flood with pdc_paper11 into selections,Effect 3D Effects dropshadow with these settings: V-H:0 Opacity:50 Blur:8.00 color:Black


5.Open up your pdc_grass1 copy and paste as new layer resize 50% Duplicates Image Mirror,Effect 3D Effects dropshadow with these settings: V-H:0 Opacity:50 Blur:8.00 color:Black


6.Open up your pdc_shell1 copy and paste as new layer resize 50% Duplicates *refer to mine*,Effect 3D Effects dropshadow with these settings: V-H:0 Opacity:50 Blur:8.00 color:Black


7.Open up your pdc_tree1 copy and paste as new layer Sent to bottom top your Mask layer,Duplicates Image Mirror,Cut what hang from bottom your tree,Effect 3D Effects dropshadow with these settings: V-H:0 Opacity:50 Blur:8.00 color:Black


8.Open up your Tube copy and paste as new layer,Effect 3D Effects dropshadow with these settings: V-H:0 Opacity:50 Blur:8.00 color:Black


9.Open up your pdc_deco2 copy and pasye as new layer resize 70% sent down under tube layer,Effect 3D Effects dropshadow with these settings: V-H:0 Opacity:50 Blur:8.00 color:Black


Add your name and copyright info.


Back in PSP close off all layers except for the water pic and then right click copy merged and right click paste into AS as new animation. Then go to Effects-Insert Image Effect-Click underwater
Now go back to PSP and close off the ocean pic and open all the frames that are UNDER the ocean pic including your copyright layer, right click copy merged, and paste into AS as new animation, then right click copy, then right click paste after current frame, repeat this process until you have a total of 7 frames.

Select All then open up the first animation of the ocean pic and right click copy, then on the second animation right click paste into selection. (make sure all frames are still highlighted)
Now go back to PSP and close off all those layers you just brought over to AS and open all the layers that are ABOVE the ocean pic, right click copy merged, then right click paste into selection.
View animation!
