I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.


Scrapkit of choice. I used a PTU kit by Baby-Cakes-Scraps

Plug-ins used:
EyeCandy4000- gradient glow
Lokas Software - 3D Shadow
unlimited filters 2.0


1.Open up your bcs_tag3,copy and paste as new layer resize 80%

Apply unlimited filters 2.0 with
with these setting:Paper Textures,Canvas,Fine Intensity 156:,Lightness:87

Apply Gradient Glow White Fat Line,Apply drop shadow H+2, V+2, O50, B5, colour #000000


2.Open up your bcs_round_frame copy and paste as new layer resize 80%

Click inside with your magic wand modify expand by 10,Add New Layer Under your Frame open up your bcs_papereight paste into selections

Open up your Tube copy and paste as new layer Selections Invert Edit Cut,

Apply drop shadow H+2, V+2, O50, B5, colour #000000,Duplicate the tube layer.
Change the bottom tubes Blend Mode to Screen and the top Blend Mode to Luminance (L)

Gove your Frame Apply Gradient Glow White Fat Line,Apply drop shadow H+2, V+2, O50, B5, colour #000000


3.Open up your BCS_Teddy copy and paste as new layer resize 50%x2

Apply drop shadow H+2, V+2, O50, B5, colour #000000


4.Open up your bcs_tag4bear2 copy and paste as new layer resize 50%x2

Apply drop shadow H+2, V+2, O50, B5, colour #000000


5.Open up your bcs_tag copy and paste as new layer resize 50%x2

Apply drop shadow H+2, V+2, O50, B5, colour #000000
