I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.
Scrapkit of choice. I used a PTU kit by HorsePlay'sPastureDesigns Called SNIPS&SNAILS&TALL CATTAILS buy it at purchased here

Eyecandy 5 – Textures: Stone Wall
Xero Fritillary
Mask of choice: I used mask #3 from Dees'Sign Depot.
Template of choice: I used template #75 by Scrap Rebellion.
Duplicates (Shift+D)
Delete following: Delete Raster 1, heart 1 and 2.and stars 1 and stars 2, And fadded rectanle.

Eyecandy 5 – Textures: Stone Wall Choose Cobblestone from the settings tab.Use Default Settings OK Adjust/Blur/Gaussian blur:Radius: 6 merge down DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

Apply Xero Fritillary 5,39,20,14 Apply Inner Bevel Bevel #2, Width 8, Smoothness 0, Depth 1, Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 30 Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
8.Go Back to your Black rectangle select all float defloat Open up your hpd_SSTC_3 selections invert edit cut Duplicates Image Mirror,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
9.Open up your hpd_SSTC_40 copy and paste as new layer Resize 70%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
10.Open up your hpd_SSTC_87 copy and paste as new layer Duplicates Image Mirror,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,
Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
11.Open up your hpd_SSTC_9 copy and paste as new layer Duplicates Image Mirror,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
Open up your hpd_SSTC_33 copy and paste as new layer Resize 50%x2,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
Now add your copyright information and your name.
