I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.Scrapkit of choice. I used a PTU kit by Black Widow Creationz Called Under The Sea at purchased here


I used the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis You have to be licensed to use this artwork and it can be purchased here



Open template in psp
Duplicates (Shift+D)
Close out the original.
Delete Following (Designer Info)and wordart layers,
Canvas size 700x700

1.Add new layer Flood with your BWC_UndertheSea_PP9 Apply your mask WSL_Mask7 Duplicates Image Mirror, Merge down,
Apply Fritillary with these setting Granularity-14,aggression-146 tesselation-27 variation-43,




2.Click on your rounded edge rectangle bit1 And rounded edge rectangle bit2. select all float defloat selections modify expand by 1,
selections modify feather by 2 add new layer flood with BWC_UndertheSea_PP6 Apply Xero-Fritillary with these setting Granularity-5,
aggression-30 tesselation-100 variation-97 Apply Gradient Glow Color-Black,Duplicates Merge Down,
DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked




3.Click on your frame background1 and frame background2 and frame background3. select all float defloat selections modify expand by 1,
selections modify feather by 2 add new layer flood with BWC_UndertheSea_PP9,Apply Blinds with the following settings
Width - 5 Opacity - 25 Color - WHITE Horizontal - Not Checked Light From Top - Checked,




4.Click on your frame1 And frame2 And frame3. select all float defloat selections modify expand by 1,

6.Open up your BWC_UndertheSea_EL1 copy and paste as new layer Resiz 60% Duplicates Mirror, Image Flip Merge Down,Apply Gradient Glow Color-Black,Duplicates Merge Down,

7Open up your BWC_UndertheSea_EL18 copy and paste as new layer Resiz 60% Duplicates Mirror, Image Flip Merge Down,Apply Gradient Glow Color-Black,Duplicates Merge Down,

8.Open up your Tube copy and paste as new layer resize 90%,DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked



9.Open up your BWC_UndertheSea_EL10 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked



10.Open Up your BWC_UndertheSea_EL4 copy and paste as new layer resize 90%,DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10, Shadow on new layer - unchecked
