♥Easter Feelings -Banner♥

This tutorial was written by me on April 3, 2012. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Plug-ins used:
Muras Meister - Copies
AAA Frame - Foto Frame
DSB Flux Linear Transmission


Open a new Canvas 852x315 Transparent


1.Selcet all Open up your EF_Element58 copy and paste into selections,Muras Meister Copies - Wall Paper Rotate
Duplicate,Go on the Original Layer,Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur, with these setting Angle:90.00 Strength:100,Go on Copy Layer Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur with these setting:blur type:Twirl,Blur:50,0,Center:0,0,10 elliptical check,Effect - Edge Effects - Enhance More
Filter DSB Flux Linear Transmission with these setting 15,12,50 Horizontal


2.Open up my pattern, add new layer copy and paste into selections,select all float defloat, add new layer flood with #89dbee, selections Modify - Select Selection Borders with these setting both sides,anti-alias checked border width-2, apply Adjust - Add Noise with these setting random, monochrome check noise-100,
apply dropshadow with these setting:V-H:0 Opacity:100 Blur:15.00 color:black


3.Open up your EF_Element49 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% DUplicates Image Mirror,apply dropshadow with these setting:V-H:0 Opacity:100 Blur:15.00 color:black,Blend mode change to screen


4.Open up your EF_Element60 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Image Mirror,place on your left DUplicates Image Mirror,apply dropshadow with these setting:V-H:0 Opacity:100 Blur:15.00 color:black,



5.Open up your EF_Element41 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Image Mirror,place on your left DUplicates Image Mirror,apply dropshadow with these setting:V-H:0 Opacity:100 Blur:15.00 color:black,



6.CLose off your Copy Layers and merge visiable, reopen all other layers


7.Go back to your merge visiable layer and change blend mode to screen,Make your left size invisible Merge Visible Together Apply Filter AAA Frame - Foto Frame with these setting:Default Width:12,Red:20 Green:20 Blue:20
Opacity:80


8.Open up your EF_Element69 copy and paste as new layer ,apply dropshadow with these setting:V-H:0 Opacity:100 Blur:15.00 color:black


Add your copyright info and your watermark/logo
