It was written for PSP X, but should be compatible with any version of PSP.
I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Scrapkit of choice. I used a PTU kit by Toxic Desirez Called Pumpkin Karver at purchased THE PSP Project You can visit her blog here
I'm using the amazing artwork of Tony Tzanoukakis artwork and it can be purchased Now he has been at PTE but with them closing August 1, 2012 He has own store you can go here

Plug-ins needed:
Lokas Software - 3D Shadow
Xero - Fritillary
Eye Candy4000 GradientGlow
Photo Effex Scanlines
Template of choice: I use one from Punky Butts her template 133 you can get here
1.Click on your Square Select all float defloat Selection Modify expand by 1, smooth 5,5 Anti-Alias and Preserve Corners Check
add new layer flood with #6a7156 Apply photo effeex Scranlines with these setting 2,2,20,10,2,2 vertical toggle uncheck,Apply again with same setting,
2.Click on your Square Frame Select all float defloat Selection Modify expand by 1, smooth 5,5 Anti-Alias and Preserve Corners Check
add new layer flood with #fac749 Apply Dropshadow with these setting V&H:1 Opacity:60 Blur:10 color black, Apply again But change V&H:-2
3.Click on your Large Circle Select all float defloat Selection Modify expand by 1, smooth 5,5 Anti-Alias and Preserve Corners Check
add new layer flood with #6a7156 Apply Xero Fritillary with settings at 5, 32, 14, 6
4.Click on your Large Circle Frame Select all float defloat Selection Modify expand by 1, smooth 5,5 Anti-Alias and Preserve Corners Check
add new layer flood with #fac749 Apply Dropshadow with these setting V&H:1 Opacity:60 Blur:10 color black, Apply again But change V&H:-2
5.Click on your Small Circle Select all float defloat Selection Modify expand by 1, smooth 5,5 Anti-Alias and Preserve Corners Check
add new layer flood with #6a7156 Apply Xero Fritillary with settings at 5, 32, 14, 6
6.Click on your Small Circle Frame Select all float defloat Selection Modify expand by 1, smooth 5,5 Anti-Alias and Preserve Corners Check

7.Open up your Kristin - Pumpkin Karver - Doodle copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates Image Mirror,
Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
8.Open up your Kristin - Pumpkin Karver - Lights copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,Duplicates Image Mirror,
Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
9.Open up your Kristin - Pumpkin Karver - Spider copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates Image Mirror,
Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
10.Open up your Kristin - Pumpkin Karver - Tree copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates Image Mirror,
Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
11.Open up your Kristin - Pumpkin Karver - Sparkles Colored, copy and paste as new layer,
Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
10.Open up your Kristin - Pumpkin Karver - Sparkles copy and paste as new layer ,Duplicates Image Flip,
Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
