It was written for PSP X, but should be compatible with any version of PSP.
I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components. Scrapkit of choice. I used a PTU kit by WackyWinnie Designz Called WWD_Icicles TS at purchased hereI used the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis You have to be licensed to use this artwork and it can be purchased he has own store check out herePlugins Used:

Template choice: I use tracy f designs christmas template 1 you can get here
Let Start
Open up your Template in psp
Shift+D Close out the original.
Delete following: © layer
Canvas Size 700x700
1.Click on your oval fill select all float defloat modify expand by 2 smooth 5,5 add new layer flood with #547071
Photoeffex scranlines with these setting 2,2,20,10,2,2, Vertical toggle checked Add a drop shadow, 0,-6, 25, 5, black.
2.Click on your oval select all float defloat modify expand by 2 smooth 5,5 add new layer flood with #68909a,
Apply Xero-Fritillary with these setting 6,20,19,21 Add a drop shadow, 0,-6, 25, 5, black.
3.Click on your Rectangle fill select all float defloat modify expand by 2 smooth 5,5 add new layer flood with #547071

4.Click on your Rectangle select all float defloat modify expand by 2 smooth 5,5 add new layer flood with #68909a,
Apply Xero-Fritillary with these setting 6,20,19,21 Add a drop shadow, 0,-6, 25, 5, black.
5.Click on your Circle fill select all float defloat modify expand by 2 smooth 5,5 add new layer flood with #547071

6.Click on your Circle select all float defloat modify expand by 2 smooth 5,5 add new layer flood with #68909a,
Apply Xero-Fritillary with these setting 6,20,19,21 Keep it selections add new layer copy and paste your Scene into selections,
add 4 raster layers above it,On the next 3 layer you add VDL Adrenaline - Snowflake with these settings 70,0,20,60,0,basic snow
Just slide the Random seed button a bit up for each of the next
2 layers ;). Deselect and close 2 of the snow layers.
7.Open up your WWDFSpray1 copy and paste as new layer resize 50% Duplicates Image Mirror,Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
8.Open up your Tube copy and paste as new layer resize 70% ,Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.

9.Open up your WWDFCandyCane1 copy and paste as new layer resize 50% ,Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
9.Open up your WWDCurledRibbon2 copy and paste as new layer resize 50% ,Apply Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 19 color black.
